Hi, I'm Lisa Rose (MCounsPsychTh), a clinical therapist specialising in Process Oriented Psychology, Holistic Counselling & Psychotherapy, and clinical HeartMath.

​

I  have 15 years of experience and training in holistic therapies, group facilitation, trauma therapies, breathwork, somatic release, art therapy, Taoist practices and movement therapies.  My passion is to support truly meaningful and lasting change in people's lives.

In-person therapy sessions and home visits are currently available in Gold Coast, Byron Shire and Northern Rivers Australia, and online sessions via video call worldwide. I look forward to supporting your journey.

I am deeply committed to client-centred practice, grounded in presence, care, and curiosity; drawing on trauma-informed Process-Oriented Psychology, somatic awareness, and biographical insight to support meaningful change.

I came to this work through my own healing journey, and hold a deep respect for each individual’s innate wisdom and capacity for transformation. I offer a heart-centred, safe, non-judgmental space, where clients are invited to explore the deeper patterns of their experience with compassion and authenticity.

 

No two sessions are the same. The beauty of being a holistic therapist means I can support clients in many ways, depending on their individual circumstances. One size does not fit all.  My work is client led, client focused and approached with the utmost respect for individuality.
